NEW AT PARKLAND: TECHNOLOGY CLUB – Want to learn more about tech at Parkland? Come to the Learning Commons Wed Sept 11 at lunch , get to know everyone else, & share what you have learned about technoloogy this summer. See Mr. Mueller with any questions.
First CROSS COUNTRY PRACTICE this Wednesday Sept 11 after school Please meet on the track, ready to run, at 3:15 p.m. Students who wish to run this year and who cannot make this practice, should see Mr. Dibblee in the gym.
STAGECRAFT STUDENTS: classses start this Wednesday Sept 11, from 3:10 to 4:10, in the Theatre, and will take place every Wednesday at this time.
STUDENTS INTERESTED IN THE COOKIE CLUB please meet with Mrs. Maxxocchi at lunch on Wednesday Sept 11, in the Foods Room.
ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS who have paid for a BC TRANSIT BUS PASS, please meet Mrs. Downs at the Theatre foyer TODAY at 11:29 a.m. to have your photo taken for your transit pass.
MR. CHAN is looking for a student assistant for his PE class in Block C. If you are interested, please see Mr. Chan in the gym.
Sign up a team for INTRAMURAL VOLLEYBALL. Pick up an entry form from the gym bulletin board. Tier I (Senior grades) play on Monday & Tuesdays; Juniors (Tier II) play on Weds Thurs. Please get entry forms to Mr Chan by Friday.
INTRAMURAL CLASS: reminder to all intramural class students to meet in the gym Tuesday and Thursday at lunchtime.
SENIOR BOYS VOLLEYBALL practices start this week, Tuesday to Friday after school.
COUNSELLOR APPOINTMENTS:
Sign up for appointment with a Counsellor on their office door calendar. If you have to leave class for an appointment, please be sure to let your teacher know.
LOCKER assignments & LOCK PURCHASES:
Lockers assigned in TAG. Locks may be purchased before school starts, at break, or at lunch only. New Locks $8; reusable locks $4. @ front office.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
All international students please see Mrs. Downs in the SISP office with your passport.
