Join part of the Parkland Panthers Team at the TC 10K this year for only $25 if you register before Jan 31st. Registration is online at tc10k.ca, you just need to register as a team under our name. Please see Ms. Dibblee if you have questions.

PARKLAND IS SEEKING 5 students to provide positive, upbeat, daily MUSIC SELECTIONS for morning music played each day as school begins. Your commitment will be one day per week, beginning Semester Two. Please see Mr. Buckham to get involved.

If any student is interested in a Sister City exchange trip to Cairns Australia this summer, please leave your name with Ms. Ford at the office and Ms. Chicanot will contact you with more information. Deadline for applications is the end of January.

SPORTS, TEAMS, TEAM MEETINGS:
Congrats to our JR Boys BBall team on a hard-fought victory over Dunsmuir by ten points last game; highlights included strong post play by Michael Gauriguez & solid team defense. This puts their overall league record at 3-0; well done gentlemen! Next game is at home this coming Tuesday January 21 versus Edward Milne - come & check it out

The Tier II badminton tournament starts tomorrow, Tuesday Jan 22.Reminder to players to be early to the gym at lunchtime and remember to bring their gym strip.
