MEETINGS, PRACTICES, announcements, EVENTS:

REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS: Course selection forms are due in to the front office this week.

Michael De La Rosa: please see Ms. Allen in the Learning Commons today.

Grade 11 and 12 students can apply to Mr. Choo for an all expenses paid trip sponsored by the Sidney Rotary club for one week at the end of April to visit major research facilities in Saskatchewan.  Deadline for applications is today.

  • Any of the more than thirty Grade 12 students taking any online courses that are required for graduation should let Mr. Choo know today or tomorrow how close you are to completing the course.  Your participation in the recognition ceremony may depend on completion of the courses.

  • There are more than 10 Grade 12 students that do not have enough courses and credits to graduate this June.  Please meet with Mr. Choo today or tomorrow to develop a plan to successfully graduate.  A list will be posted outside his office.

ALL GRADS: Grad Assembly this week – Thursday March 6, Block B, Theatre.

GRADS: MAGIC WAND IS AN ECOFRIENDLY, INEXPENSIVE ALTERNATIVE TO GRAD OUTFITS FOR MALES & FEMALES. Please email for appointment, to try outfits.

PARKLAND SEEKING students to provide positive, upbeat, DAILY MUSIC for morning start; commitment one day per week. Please see Mr. Buckham to get involved.

ANNUAL FESTIVAL DE LA FRANCOPHONE: CENTENNIAL SQUARE: Music, Dance, family activities. Thursday March 6 to Sunday March 9, from noon on daily.

Track and Field practice today and Thursday from 3:30pm-5:00pm.  We'll meet on the track.  Remember to come see Mrs. Stokes at break in room 210 to get your forms.

All Girls interested in playing soccer for Parkland this year, please see Ms. Dibblee asap. Try-outs run TUESDAY March 4 and THURSDAY March 6 from 3:15 to 5. Bring runners & cleats.
