ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: PLEASE pick up WHISTLER SKI TRIP applications from Mrs. Downs in International office.

ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: to purchase a B.C. TRANSIT PASS, good to use from October 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, please see Mrs. Downs in the International office. Forms must be returned TODAY Thursday September 25.

GRADE 10 STUDENTS INTERESTED IN INTERNATIONAL ROTARY EXCHANGE, DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: SEPTEMBER 30, 2014.

VITAL YOUTH GROUP meets every Wednesday during lunch break in Room 212. If you have an interest in giving money to charities, this is the group for you. Everyone is welcome. If you are interested but cannot attend meeting, please see Ms. Hackman.

Students interested in running on Parkland Cross Country team,  see Ms. Dibblee at the START of lunch today - Thursday in Room 102.

Anyone interested in joining PARKLAND SWIM TEAM please meet in Room 112 at lunch on Thursday, or see Ms. Beristain for more information.

Anyone in INTRAMURAL CLASS who did not meet with Mr. Chan on Wednesday, please meet him in the GYM today.

INTRAMURAL VOLLEYBALL SIGN UP SHEETS are in the gym. Fill out a form by Wednesday October 1 to enter the league.

Student helpers wanted for Mr. Chan's PE classes in Blocks A, C and D. If you are available & interested in receiving credit asstudent assistant, please see Mr. Chan ASAP.

FOODSAFE COURSE offered by Beacon Community Services on Saturday October 4. Please see Ms. McNamee by Sept 30;  reduced cost of $50 available if you register early.

ALL SUMMER WORK EXPERIENCE STUDENTS  - please hand in all completed paperwork before end of this week, to Ms. McNamee.

   MUSIC REHEARSALS before school in the mornings:
    Rehearsal Schedule: Monday (7-8:15am) - Jazz Band; Tuesday (7-8:15am) - Senior Concert  
   Band;  Wednesday (7-8:15am) - Jazz Band;  Thursday (7-8:15am) - Senior Concert Band;  
   Friday (7-8:15am) - Choir .

Announcements: if you miss MUSIC DEPARTMENT morning meetings, please see Mr. Ziegler.
1) There will be a mandatory meeting for all Senior Concert Band members on Thursday September 25th starting at 7:45am in the Band Room. Instruments will not be needed on this day.
2) There will be a mandatory meeting for all Choir members on Friday September 26th from starting at 7:45am in the Band Room.
