BOATING BASICS COURSE is offered by CANADIAN POWER AND SAIL SQUADRON @ Parkland, beginning Tues October 14 at 7 p.m., for 3 evenings, with review & exam on final night – October 28. The LORAN scholarship is now available for students with an 85% average demonstration of extraordinary character, service, and leadership. The LORAN is valued at up to $100,000; school deadline: October 17th.
