ATTENTION ALL GRADS; MORE THAN 50 GRADS HAVE NOT YET RETURNED THEIR GRAD PACKAGES. Please turn these

in COMPLETED this week so plans can be made for your grad celebration!


Parkland Book Club will meet Tuesday, May 26th in the Learning Commons. We are currently reading "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.  New members always welcome.

SPECIAL CONGRATULATIONS to all students who assisted with and performed at SID FEST last Friday at Mary Winspear. Parkland is a school full of talented musicians. A big thank you to Mr. Young for all his work in putting the show together.

Shaking Up Shakespeare!
On Friday, June 5, the grade 11 and 12 Acting class invites you to enjoy a night of comedy while they spoof the works of William Shakespeare in two fun plays.  "Drop Dead Juliet" and "The Incomplete Works of William Shakespeare" are hilarious!  You can buy your tickets from Mrs. Wigbers in the accounts office for $7.00 each until June 5, or at the door on the night of the play.  Doors open at 6:30pm, show starts at 7:00pm

TNoAll students: international student office has moved out to the portables; the portable nearest the front bus area..


An important international student farewell ceremony will be held in C block on Thursday May 28th in the Theatre.  All international students are welcome to attend and support all the internationals that are leaving and heading back to their home countries at the end of June. 


Are you interested in visiting Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa? Mme Hassett is planning a 7-day trip for spring break next year which will be a fun and educational experience in getting to know our country better. All students welcome! See Ms Hassett or Ms Wilson for more details, and come to the parent meeting Thursday May 28 at 7 P.M.

ATTENTION ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

There is a Farewell Celebration and Dance  at Mary Winspear, Tuesday June 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Music, food and fun. Please see Mrs. Downs in the International office for your free ticket.



Attention Grads:

     - See GRAD NOTICE BOARD TO CHECK THAT ALL YOUR GRAD FORMS ARE NOW IN. If there is something missing from your package, see front. All paperwork is required to attend grad.

     - Grad Guests forms for dinner dance NOW available. Please note: quick turnaround required! Bond must be attached.

     - If you require transcripts for scholarship or entry applications, please be sure to give at least one day's notice

        for your request to front office.
