The Parkland Grad Parent Executive will be hosting a meeting Thursday January 18th at 7pm in the library at Parkland for all grad parents who would be willing to help plan events for the 2018 grad class.
Grade 12 is an important year and we want to make it special but it does take a group of volunteers to make the grad activities and the After Grad a success.
We need parent volunteers to help coordinate/volunteer for the following events:
- Burger & Beer fundraising event (approx 10 volunteers) Feb/March
- Grad Breakfast April 6th (2-3 volunteers to coordinate)
- June 27th After Grad event 10pm-5am **LOTS of volunteers needed before and during to make this parent run event a success!
Unfortunately if we do not get enough parents willing to volunteer we may have to cancel some of these events.
Come and help make your son/daughter's grade 12 year a memorable one!
