Thursday October 28, 2021 ~ Photo retake Day

Today is photo retake day. 11:00-2:00. Give order form and money to photographer.

Student school bus passes are in, pick up at the front office.

Pumpkin carving contest voting is now open, vote for your favorite now.

Halloween fashion show and costume contest in the theatre @ lunch tomorrow.

The School Board Office has a Strategic Plan for 2022-2027 and is conducting a consultation survey, your support and voice are appreciated.

All school fees can now be paid online. Example: math or science workbooks, cafeteria cards, spirit wear, grad wear, team hoodies, class trips.

Numeracy & Literacy Assessments are Nov 1-5. See schedule. Talk to Mr. Earnshaw if you have questions.

Youth Health Clinic is every Thursday night 5:30-7:30 @ Shoreline Medical Clinic.

The PAC Breakfast Program will be Thursday's and Friday's 7:45-8:20. .25 cents per item.  Baked goods and juice boxes available.

Ruby Broadbent is an Island champ!!  What an accomplishment!   Big congrats to Ruby!!!  Our  2 other Panther runners did awesome as well!  Marie Meyer-Piton placed 4th and Jule Meiners had one of her best races!  Great coaching by Ms. Dibblee!!!

In the Early Learning and Care (ELC) program, you'll be provided with cutting edge knowledge and skills to work collaboratively with children, families, professionals and communities. You'll learn to create responsive environments that support each child to reach their potential in every area.
Educational Assistant Program - Are you in Grade 12....thinking of a career in Education?  Would like to be an Educational Assistant.
Please come and See Ms. McNamee right away. This Educational Assistant Program is in partnership with Vancouver Island University.   Starts Feb 2022.

Are you in Grade 12?  Interested in the field of Education? Saanich School District, in partnership with Vancouver Island University is offering a new Career Program " Educational Assistant and Community Support Certificate".    This is a 7-month full time program, starting in February 2022.   It is a DUAL CREDIT program sponsored by the district, so the Tuition is paid for! Please see Ms. Mac if you are interested.  There are also seats for paying adults!!
