All grade 9 & 10 students attending the Fresh Minds symposium at UVic tomorrow please meet with Mr. Choo at the start of lunch today Tuesday Feb 11 in textiles room, room 404. 

All Grade 11 and 12 students interested in the public speaking competition, please meet in Room 210 TODAY at the beginning of lunch for a quick meeting.

Are you a grade 11 female student interested in leadership?  The Minerva Foundation for BC Women is having a Leadership Development workshop at UBC from May 23-25th.  Parkland can put forward the name of one grade 11 girl.  If this interests you, pick up an information and application package at the office.  The deadline for applications to be in to the office is Thursday February 20th.  See Ms. Chicanot for more information.

GRAD WEAR SAMPLE SIZES are available to try on – TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS in Room 208, @ lunch until Thursday February 13.

Reminder to all students that after school tutoring will be starting again next week- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, in the Learning Commons.

Congratulations to the Parkland Senior Girls BBALL Team who finished second at their 5th Annual Panthers Tournament over the weekend. This is the 3rd tournament this year that they played in the finals & finished in 2nd place. Many THANKS to Mr. Pires, Harry and the Senior Boys for all of their help!

ATTENTION ALL JUNIOR GIRLS BASKET BALL TEAM: GAME TONIGHT AT 4:15 P.M. AT Glen Lyon Norfolk School.
