Very big congratulations to the JUNIOR GIRLS VOLLEYBALL TEAM who concluded league play last night, playing the top 3 teams in their 12 team pool. They split two games with the Claremont "B" team, winning the first and losing the second game. They lost both games to the Claremont "A" team in very close games, 25 TO-23 and 25 TO 21. The girls then lost their first game against Oak Bay in a close, very well played game. The last game of the day was perhaps the best game of the year – Parkland beating Oak Bay "A" - 28-26. The girls represented Parkland with a no quit, always improving attitude. Great way to play girls and WAY TO GO! Good luck in the playoffs.
