SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS, MEETINGS, EVENTS:

ALL GRAD PACKAGES ARE NOW OFFICIALLY OVERDUE. Check board to be sure all your paperwork is in!

ALSO: Grad Guests forms for dinner dance DUE JUNE 9. Bond must be attached.

     - If you require transcripts, please be sure to give at least one day's notice at front office for your request.



JUST OVER $1900 was raised by musicians and performers at SIDFEST. Congratulations everyone, and thanks for your community service and contribution to OUT OF THE RAIN YOUTH SHELTER!


ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

There will be a special information session on Tuesday June 2nd at lunch time for Parkland international students planning to attend university in Ontario.  Tracy Li from VPEA will be leading the session.


there is a lunch time meeting today, TUESDAY JUNE 2 in Room 112 - for any students interested in going on the spring break 2016 trip to Montreal, Quebec City, and Ottawa. All students welcome!

 

ATTENTION ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

Farewell Celebration and Dance  at Mary Winspear, Tuesday June 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Music, food and fun. Please see Mrs. Downs in the International office for your free ticket.


Shaking Up Shakespeare!
On Friday, June 5, enjoy a night of comedy  a spoof of the works of William Shakespeare in two fun plays.  "Drop Dead Juliet" and "The Incomplete Works of William Shakespeare" are hilarious!  Tickets available from Mrs. Wigbers in accounts office for $7.00 each, or at the door on the night of the play.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m., show starts at 7:00 p.m.

YEAR END DANCE SHOWCASE - Thursday June 11 @ 7 p.m. Tickets $7 available at the front office, or @ the door.

PARKLAND CAFETERIA CLOSES FOR THE END OF SCHOOL YEAR - AS OF FRIDAY JUNE 12. Pizza sales may be available in the next week. Stay tuned for more information.

There have been major changes to the application process for the Thrifty Foods/Camosun Foundation scholarship.   Instead of submitting your application to Mr. Choo, students must apply for the scholarship online through the Camosun College website. Deadline is August 15th.

Summer Job! Are you a Sr. Student who loves boating and marina's?A local Marina is looking for two summer employees to work around the marina and on the fuel dock. Interested in recreational boating industry, this is a good place to start. Male or female are welcome to apply for this. Beginning wage would be $12.00 per hour.
