The Island Health Tobacco and Vapour Prevention & Control Program is hiring for Minor Test Shoppers! This is a part-time paid position, approximately $14/hour; after school and weekend shifts. Working under the direct supervision of a Tobacco & Vapour Enforcement Officer (TVEO), Minor Test Shoppers are required to enter stores and attempt to buy tobacco or vapour products. PARKLAND FOOD DRIVE STARTS THIS WEEK: November 28 UNTIL FRIDAY DECEMBER 22 - Please bring non-perishable food items to your Block C class. Even better, you are welcome to bring money. Each dollar is worth three items as the food bank can purchase wholesale. Prizes will be given for top class in each grade and a prize will also go to the overall winning class. We will collect items on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
