If you ordered Blueberry Plants from either our Grads or our Band students, the plants have arrived and can be picked up at the front office.
School Bus registration for 2021/22 is now open until June 30, 2021. You will need your student number to register for transportation - generally, 7 digits. Registration Home Page.
Do you have any books from your childhood that you don't read anymore? Donate them! 1000 x 5 is an organization devoted to bringing the experience of reading to children who don't have access to books. They are looking for donations of all kinds of books, especially for ages 1-5 with good healthy themes and messages. There are boxes at the office and in the Learning Commons for your donations.
Time for a haircut or maybe a new style? Our own Laura Pettinger and Zafiya Woods are working at Studio 63. Call for an appointment and support your talented Panthers!!

The Parkland Track 2021 campaign has been officially launched. You will notice posters in the school and around the community advertizing this campaign. We hope to raise enough money by June of this year to replace the track over the summer. Please spread the word about this exciting new project and check out the website at www.parklandtrack2021.com . There is a DONATE NOW button on the website for those interested in donating. We also have a Go Fund Me page. It will take a village to raise the money needed but we can do it!

Our District Indigenous Post-Secondary Liaison Shane Hartman is at Parkland every Tuesday from 11:00am-12:00pm in the Cultural room to answer questions and help you with your Post-Secondary needs. Former Parkland Student and UVic math degree holder Chloe Hegland will be hosting extra-help sessions for math after school on Wednesdays from 2:15 to 3:30. Students will need their own device and Zoom account to join, but can do so from the comfort of their home. Drop in once you are home after school whenever you need help working through problems, require a mini review lesson, or want help studying for a test. The credentials to join are:
