Monday, January 10, 2022 ~ Happy New Year!
Classes resume today with enhanced safety measures in place. We will continue to reinforce the existing safety measures such as masks, daily health checks, hand hygiene, and keeping your distance. In addition. we have implemented new measures in order to reduce crowding in the hallways. These measures include designated classroom entrance and exit doors where possible, staggering our class dismissal times, and distancing the cafeteria line extending it right through the front foyer. We have also added cones, arrows and signs to reinforce the need for students and staff to walk on the right side of the hallway. Students and staff will have to wear their masks at all times except when they are in a stationary position eating or drinking. We want to avoid anyone walking the halls and eating or drinking. We are doing everything we can to keep everyone at Parkland safe and we hope everyone stays healthy. Here is the letter that went out to families on Friday.
