Tomorrow, Thursday, April 7 is early dismissal 2:00, Wed/Fri schedule. Teachers will be contacting parents of students that need extra support in their class. This date was rescheduled from February 17 due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Student Opportunity: If you are interested in being part of a Parkland Student Voice meeting/workshop on April 14th with our Assistant Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Paul McKenzie, please sign up with Ms. Gribling in the office. The district wants to hear what is important to you about school. They take this information into account when developing district plans and budgets. 

There will be an important sailing meeting after school today in the Career centre. Please be there.

Ministry of Education Survey - The Student Learning Survey (SLS) has been administered every year in B.C. public schools since 2001. Prior to 2016-17 it was known as the Student Satisfaction Survey. The SLS provides feedback on the implementation of the curriculum changes, learning environment, student wellness and satisfaction, student belonging and engagement, and career preparation. The parent and guardian/caregiver survey is now available online and is available in 18 different languages.

Youth Health Clinic is every Thursday night 5:30-7:30 @ Shoreline Medical Clinic.

The PAC Breakfast Program will be Thursday's and Friday's 7:45-8:20.  Baked goods and juice boxes available.  .25 cents per item.

KidSport Greater Victoria is a local organization that exists to help families in need access organized sport opportunities for their children. To be eligible for up to $600 per year in registration fee support, children must be 18 years or under, families must be within financial eligibility limits, and season must be at least 8 weeks long with an eligible sport organization.  For more information, a list of eligible local sport organizations, and to apply, visit www.kidsportvictoria.ca.

Need Volunteer hours? The Sidney by the Sea Rotary Club is looking for a student to:
  • operate Zoom meetings for the club
  • start as soon as possible as an understudy to the current Zoom Master
