ANY GRADS WITH THE REQUIRED 30 HOUR WORK EXPERIENCE PAPERWORK REMAINING TO BE HANDED IN, PLEASE GET YOUR FINAL PAPERWORK IN A.S.A.P!

Attention Parkland Mountain Bike Team: Please hand in your forms ASAP if you want to participate in BIKE JAM next week. There will be a regular meeting Thursday April 3 in the Woodshop to go over final details of the event.

Attention all international students: The deadline for the Tofino Trip forms and money is tomorrow, Friday April 4 by 2:00pm.

There is a new ChatterHigh competition underway and Parkland is currently in 3rd place.  You can win great prizes for yourself while helping the school earn money.  If everyone in the building went on once we could beat Claremont for the $1,000 prize!  Go to Chatterhigh.com today to sign up.

GRAD FASHION SHOW TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE @ FRONT OFFICE. $10 each, April 9, 2014: doors open 5:45 p.m. for Silent Auction. Fashion Show begins at 7 p.m.

Students aged 17 can become blood donors. Next blood donation clinic is @ Mary Winspear, April 2nd & 3rd. Your donations can save a life & help our grads earn money!

INTRAMURAL DODGEBALL SCHEDULE:
Tuesday April 8 – Tier II Gold Medal Final
Wednesday April 9 – Tier i Gold Medal Final

Attention all student athletes:  ROW TO THE PODIUM EVENT has been rescheduled to TUESDAY MAY 13, at lunch in room 114, information session on Row To The Podium.  If you are interested in finding out if you have what it takes to be an Olympic rower, please come. There will be a podium search event held at PISE on May 25th.

Open gym volleyball will be happening Tuesday after school.

Open gym badminton will be happening Fridays after school.

Students interested in intramural soccer, please pick up & entry form from the Gym.

Congratulations to Jameson Watson who finished first in the Regional Skills Canada Competition at Camosun College.  He will represent Lower Vancouver Island at Provincials on April 9th.  Good Luck Jameson! ALSO: Four other Parkland students - Chad White, Theo Duquesney, Murray Dennis and Tyler Strank did a fabulous job in Welding and Joinery representing our school. Congratulations to all SKILLS CANADA Participants.

Camosun hosts second annual “4C” Comics Conference: Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Lansdowne campus.   Comics & Graphic Novels program at Camosun College. hosts one-day conference from noon until 5pm on Sunday, April 6, 2014, located on the third floor of the Young building at Lansdowne campus. Admission free.

CAMOSUN COLLEGE HOSTS Centre for Sport & Exercise Education Information sessions: April 17, May 15, for information in Exercise Science and Sport Education Programs.
