Ms. Chicanot would like to have an important meeting with all the grad musical performers at lunch today (Tuesday June 10) in the theatre.

A reminder to the Fitness for Life 12 class that you are meeting at Panorama today, Tuesday June 10 at 2.

Any grads who have not yet turned in or signed off their RAFFLE TICKETS please
come to the front office today at break or at lunch.

Would Sarah Jim and Pauline Cayou please see Ms. Sylvester in the Cultural Room at lunch today.

YEAR-END DANCE RECITAL: TUES JUNE 10, @ PARKLAND THEATRE from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m..

Attention all Parkland Athletes: YEAR END BANQUET to celebrate our year in athletics will be held on THURSDAY June 12 from 5 to-7 p.m., @ Parkland. If you were on a sports team, see Mr Buckham for ticket.

Learning support in room 204 that is usually scheduled for Wednesday  and Friday has been switched this week to accommodate the no school day on Friday. This week Learning Support will be Tuesday and Thursday (same time).

After school tutorial in the Learning Services room will be held on Tuesday and Thursday of this week.  Students needing to make up missed tests should make appropriate arrangements with their teachers.

Extra tickets for the UVic Ceremony will be available to families on June 17th.  Telephone orders only.   Three per family at a cost of $8.00 each. Information has been posted on Parkland Grad page, UVic Ticket Office websites & on poster on Grad board.

GRAD REQUIREMENTS SPREADSHEET NOW POSTED - GRAD BOARD. If your name is COLOURED, inquire at front office as to which issues are outstanding for grad qualification. If  not dealt with, these issues jeopardize dinner dance tickets.

Tickets for the grad dinner/dance & aftergrad are now on sale. Congratulations EVERYONE on successful fundraising--price of tickets is reduced to $115.

Attention all grads--if you are finding it difficult to pay for your grad dinner dance ticket, please see Ms. Chicanot. A community donation may be able to assist with this.

The Tier I Gold medal final will be played at lunch today.  Kyle Dong's team plays Chris Doxey's team in the final.

Could all members of the Intramural class check in with Mr Chan this week to log their community hours.
