UVic has an open house this Saturday NOVEMBER 22 from 1 to 4 pm.  It's a fantastic opportunity for Grade 12 students to tour specific faculties, learn about academic programs & financial support as well as receive help with applying for admission.

Several post secondary Vancouver Island and B.C. colleges and universities  will have representatives available at STELLY'S on Monday, November 24, during Block A, to tell students all about their programs. Please contact Mr. Choo if you can join a school field trip to Stelly's to discover possibilities for your future!

McGill University will have a recruiter at Parkland on Tuesday, Nov 25th from 9:30 to 10:30 to meet with students.  Please see Mr. Choo to sign up!

Business Program Info Night @ CAMOSUN: tonight THURSDAY NOV 20 @ Interurban Campus 5:30 p.m.. Centre for Business & Access Building, 2nd Floor Atrium. Free event open to everyone interested in attending School of Business @ Camosun.

CENTRE FOR SPORT & EXERCISE  at Camosun is having an info session for students interested in their programs – tonight THURS NOV 20. See Ms. McNamee.

NEW YEP RETAIL TRAINING: Sundays, starting December 14, to January 4. Certificate program & training in: cash register, customer service, displays, inventory, pricing, opening & closing. See Ms. McNamee to sign up.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES START THIS WEEKEND: Breakfast with Santa (Nov 22), Saanich Hospital Christmas Bazaar (Nov 22),  Christmas Dinner at Shoal Centre (Dec 10), Christmas Village Lions Lunchbox (Dec 5 to 7, & Dec 12 to 14). See Ms. McNamee ASAP to get involved. Volunteer hours can go toward GRADE 12 GT credits, a rewarding way to give back!

TEX Trades Exploration Program: students interested in Trades Exploration Program - 5 month program offered by SD63 is a sampler of Welding, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical.
