Congratulations to the SENIOR BOYS BASKETBALL team. They beat Esquimalt in last night's game, 62 to 48. Justine Porlares finished with 14 points; Colin Bishop had 15 points, and Godwin Porlares was the top scorer with 20 points for the game. The boys are currently tied for first place in their league.
JR. Girl’s Basketball: Good news - the Team has moved up to 5th Place in the Provincial Rankings! Next game TODAY at St. Michael’s, Wednesday January 21 @ 5:45 p.m.
Intramural Dodgeball entry forms for JR and SR teams are available in the gym if students want to play in the league. Get your entry forms in!

Interested in an $80,000 scholarship? See Mr. Choo for details about how to become Parkland's nominee for theSchulich scholarship for students of science, technology, engineering or mathematics. Application deadline: Friday, January 23rd.
Students related to BCGEU members, that's the BC Government and Service Employees' Union, can apply for a $3000 scholarship if you're planning to attend university or college full time, and $2000 if you are planning to attend part time. Deadline: Friday, February 27th. Ask Mr. Choo for details.
The Royal Bank is offering its Aboriginal Students scholarships worth up to $4000 per academic year for students that are status, non-status, Inuit or Metis. Deadline: February 28th. Ask Mr. Choo for details.
Grade 12s: any online courses required to complete your grad program must be completed by April 15th, 2015 if you plan to attend grad ceremony. Please meet with Mr. Choo if you are uncertain of your grad status.
