What to get your Hair done at lunch? Learn about a new skill and trade? Come to the main foyer on Tuesday, June 9th  at lunch to to be transformed by the Studio 63 students!


Come out to this year's Panther mile on Tuesday June 9th at 3:30 on the track. Tickets are $5 and you can get them from Jacqueline Gaby. All proceeds go towards building a new Parkland track!


PARKLAND ATHLETIC BANQUET TODAY TUESDAY JUNE 9. PANTHER MILE RUN, VOLLEYBALL GAME & ATHLETIC BANQUET - 3:30 P.M. start. See your coach or Mr. Sutton for tickets.


SD 63 BUS REGISTRATION FORMS FOR THE 2015 - 2016 school year are now available at front office, or on school website. Please complete and return as soon as possible.

Next year's timetables are available for pick-up at front office - before school, at break, at lunch, or after school.

Please review your timetable carefully. If there are any problems, pick up a course change form at the office. Sign up on counsellor's door calendar for an appointment. Bring course change form to appointment.  Forms must be signed by parents.


NOTICE TO ALL GRADS:

1) Any graduating student hoping to bring a guest to the dinner dance: guest forms are due TODAY Tuesday June 9th.

2) Dinner/Dance/Aftergrad tickets go on sale Wednesday June 10th.  Available from Ms. Wigbers at the accounts office, and the price has been set at $100.

3) All grads should check the grad board in the foyer to see if they are missing any items.  You can also check the UVic map to see where you are seated in the auditorium.

4) GRAD PASSES now available at front office, for grad's use in June on B.C. Transit. Travel safe!


WEDNESDAY JUNE 10 - iNDIGENOUS GRAD CEREMONY from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mary Winspear Centre.

There will be a meeting for next year's international student buddies at lunch on Thursday June 11 in room 106. New members welcome!

ATHLETICS, SPORTS TEAMS, TEAM MEETINGS

Congratulations to our Provincial Champion - Jacqueline Gaby! She won the GOLD MEDAL at the B.C.'s on Saturday in the 1500 metre Race Walk. Sayril Saliya won SILVER in the Long Jump; and Emma Dennie placed 6th in the Junior Girls Javelin. We are very proud of all our B.C. Track and Field Athletes: Eric Alliston, Ben Sammons, Joseph Dulce, Sayril Silaya, Emma Dennis, Lauren Fanelli, Sarah Gibson, and Jacqueline Gaby! Thanks also to Mr. Choo for coaching and making the trip, and Ms. McNamee for organzing the team and getting the team to all the local events leading up to the provincials this year.

Any students interested in FOOTBALL this year, for Victoria Spartans, please come to front office for further info.

There have been major changes to Thrifty Foods/Camosun Foundation scholarship.  Instead of submitting your application to Mr. Choo, students apply for the scholarship online @ Camosun College website. Deadline: August 15th.
