Last week, two Planning 10 classes attended the PARTY Program at the Victoria General Hospital. Students learned about how to Prevent Alcohol and Risk Related Trauma in Youth, by participating in activities, touring the emergency room, practicing simulated driving, meeting with victims of brain injuries and even visited the morgue. This was a rather heavy experience, but one that is so important for students to understand and hopefully everyone left feeling inspired to make good choices.
