ATTENTION ALL GRADS: your GRAD 2016 GRAD TRANSITIONS BOOKLET is now available on the Parkland website for you to view, and work on.
See: students / grad page / grad transitions. There are three buttons, or sections, to be completed.  FIRST READ INSTRUCTIONS carefully, and be sure to give full answers throughout. See Ms. McNamee if you need assistance or would like to see a sample paper copy. Each 2016 GRAD must complete this booklet and hand it in before GT interview is scheduled in April. Button 4 will be loaded later, to show sample questions for your interview preparation, and schedule.

The Vancouver Island Regional Library (VIRL) is seeking a part time Library Page employee to work at the Sidney/North Saanich Library. Duties include shelving materials and routine library tasks.  Hours of work are Monday 4:15-8:15 pm, Thursday 4:15-8:15 pm, Friday, 3:15-5:15 pm for a total of 10 hours per week. Rate of pay is $10.45 per hour.

CAMOSUN COLLEGE CENTE FOR SPORT & EXERCISE EDUCATION information sessions: Thursday January 21, 2016; February 18, 2016. Find out about sport management, exercise & wellness, fitness leadership programs. Third Thursdays, from 6 to 7 p.m.

Interested in being a BIG BUDDY to Elementary / Middle  School student? Help English Language Learners? Dedicate one hour per week for 10 weeks,  to help others! Program  in  partnership with the Inter Cultural Center,  Sidney Elementary and North Saanich Middle school.  Opportunity to earn volunteer credits for work experience! Please see Ms. McNamee ASAP if you are interested!!

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN  A CAREER IN AVIATION AND DESIGN? New course beginning in February 2016,  High school and Post Secondary credits, tech ed, and flight training included.

BAGEL BREAKFAST: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday mornings, before school, @ blue tables area.

MATH HELP CENTRE:  open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays - after school until 4 p.m. for extra math help. Meet in room 105 for help with any math course you are taking this semester.

MEZZANINE IN GYM AREA: now open at lunch, Monday to Thursday, for P.E. make-ups and for students to work out. Students must be in full PE strip and should enter through the back door of the mezz. thank you to Mrs. Beaucamp for making this happen!
