ATTENTION ALL GRADS: 2016 GRAD TRANSITIONS BOOKLET is now on the Parkland website.
See: students / grad page / grad transitions. There are four buttons,
or sections, to be completed. READ INSTRUCTIONS carefully, and give
full answers throughout. See Ms. McNamee to see sample paper copy. Each
2016 GRAD must complete booklet and hand it in before GT interview is
scheduled in April. Sample questions for your interview preparation, and
schedule TBA later.

Have you always wanted to work with farm animals? Are you curious about gentle, sweet alpaca? Bailiwick farm (across the street from the old McTavish Road School) is looking for a helper to perform ongoing general farm and pasture maintenance, routine herd health and annual shearing assistance. The job commitment would be a minimum of 2 days/week, approximately 2-3 hours per day. Shifts are flexible. Rate will be $12/hour. Ideal candidate will be a student between the ages of 12-17 who is not afraid to work hard and independently, or of getting dirty. You must love animals and be willing to learn and use our methods of respectful, gentle handling. Please see Ms. McNamee aboutn how to apply.
