scuba diving appeal to you? Do you like sea creatures? If so, and
you'd like to try out scuba diving, contact Mr. Hilton in room 100 at
lunch or after school. A 'Discover Dive' is planned for Thursday May
12th from noon until 3 p.m. There is limited space and a form to fill
out, so drop by this week. It will be first come, first serve.

SEASIDE MAGAZINE: TAKING IT TO THE STREET ROAD HOCKEY CHARITY EVENT FOR HELP FILL A DREAM FOUNDATION:
Location: Mary Winspear Centre on Saturday, June 11th, 2016 - 3rd Annual “Taking it to the Street”. Proceeds provide services and support to Vancouver Island children who face life-threatening conditions by fulfilling their Dreams, improving their quality of life, and assisting their families with care and financial support. Lots of fun volunteer positions needed, including registration, time monitor, traffic, family fun, set-up, referree, cotton candy, groundskeeper, event marshall. See Ms. McNamee for more information.
UBC SUMMER SCIENCE PROGRAM welcomes applications from ABORIGINAL STUDENTS in grades 8 to 11. This program is for all those interested in health and science programs through UBC, including meeting Elders and role models. See Ms. McNamee for further information on how to apply.
