THURSDAY JUNE 30 - REPORT CARDS AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP AT FRONT OFFICE. Please note: REPORT CARDS WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT. ARRANGE FOR PICK-UP!


ALL STUDENTS re: LOCKER CLEAN-OUT! Please recycle any school supplies, binders, or locks you no longer need - turn in to front office for redistribution in September, & many thanks!



TIMETABLES FOR SEPTEMBER 2016 can be picked up at front office: at break, lunch, or after school.


GRAD NOTICE:.  Grads and guests should now purchase their tickets for the Dinner/Dance and Aftergrad at front office.

ALL GRADS: if you did not receive your GRAD LETTER AND GRAD CLOTHING PROCEDURES from TAG last week, please
come to front office at break, lunch or after school and pick up! IMPORTANT INFO FOR GRAD AND AFTER GRAD!



ALL STUDENTS: PLEASE CHECK LOST AND FOUND IN FRONT FOYER, AND CHECK FRONT OFFICE IF YOU HAVE LOST A CELL PHONE. All items left at end of school year will be donated to local charities.

YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION in Learning Commons. Students must have all books in and all overdues paid before they can collect yearbooks.


IMPORTANT - ALL STUDENTS:  Due to storage space issues on school computer servers,  all data on student home folders must be deleted each school year end.  If students have any data that they want to keep, currently stored on school servers, they must copy the files to their own devices BEFORE June 29, 2016.  Data will be deleted on that date.


ATTENTION GRADS: WESTERN SPEEDWAY HAS DONATED FREE TICKETS TO GRADS FOR THE MID-SEASON CHAMPIONSHIPS @ Western Speedway on FRIDAY July 1, 2016. Come to front office to pick up your free ticket. Event begins @ 5:30 with qualifying rounds; 6 p.m. meet and greet the drivers; 6:30 p.m. FINAL RACES BEGIN.


VICTORIA SHAMROCKS LACROSSE TEAM OFFERS the following opportunity for students to "SCHOOLS OUT FOR THE SUMMER" game on Friday July 8 at 7:45 p.m. Bring voucher downloaded from website to the team store at 967 Langford Parkway,or bring it on Game Day to the arena after 11 a.m. to box office to exchange for ticker. ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

ALL International students must ensure all textbooks and library books are returned, and any incidental school fees paid, including field trips or team uniforms. Please ensure this is taken care of before you leave for the summer.

Duties include shelving materials and routine library tasks.  Hours of work are Sunday 12:15-4:15 pm and Tuesday 5:15-8:15 pm for a total of 8 hours per week. Rate of pay is $10.45 per hour.

MATH HELP CENTRE: NEW REGULAR SCHEDULE WILL BE ESTABLISHED IN SEPTEMBER. e.g. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays after school until 4 p.m. Please come to room 105 for help !

MEZZANINE IN GYM AREA:  SCHEDULE WILL BE ESTABLISHED IN SEPTEMBER.
