Journalism Meeting:
The journalism class will be meeting on Friday at lunchtime in the library. This is an important meeting, so please be sure to attend. If you cannot attend the meeting please see Mr.Wong before the end of the day on Friday.

ALL STUDENTS:  If you missed PHOTO DAY, please note: PHOTO RETAKE DAY IS OCTOBER 18. All students must have their photo taken, as these are used for YEARBOOK and STUDENT records system. Please be sure to have your photo done or redone Oct 18.

ALL STUDENTS: please return your intake packages as soon as possible to the front office!

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL PARKLAND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: There is a mandatory meeting for ALL PARKLAND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS on Thursday September 15 at lunch in the THEATRE. Please bring your lunch and make your way to the theatre as soon as Block B ends so that we can use as much of the lunchtime as possible to discuss important information.

ALL STUDENTS: locks may be purchased after you have your assigned locker, at front office: $5 for used locks, $10 for new. PLEASE COME TO TO   FRONT OFFICE before school, @ break, @ lunch, or after school ONLY. Do not leave your class to pick things up!

ANNUAL CHATTERHIGH COMPETITION: starts September 19 to October 28 - answer questions daily and earn money for your school! See Camosun College ChatterHigh Competition page, and sign up!

ALL STUDENTS: please pick up any June 2016 report cards from front office - before school, @ break, @ lunch or after school ONLY.

ATHLETICS, SPORTS TEAMS, TEAM MEETINGS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:

ATTENTION ALL INTRAMURAL STUDENTS: Please meet in the gym this Thursday (September 14) at LUNCH.

PARKLAND ROWING TEAM needs rowers. All grades, boys & girls, no experience necessary. See Mr. Hilton in Room 100 to find out more and/or sign up.

ALL STUDENTS: if you are interested in SWIMMING OR RUNNING X COUNTRY for Parkland this year, please come to the gym to see Mr. Sutton.

ALL JUNIOR BOYS SOCCER PLAYERS: Practice today will start at 3 p.m.

ALL SENIOR BOYS SOCCER PLAYERS: There will be another practice on Monday September 19 at 3:15 p.m.

ATTENTION ALL BOYS VOLLEYBALL  PLAYERS: there will be practice on Thursday September 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. in Parklands Gym. Please attend if you want to play this year.

ATTENTION ALL GIRLS VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS: try-outs will be on Thurs Sept 15 from 3:15 to 5 p.m. in Parklands Gym. Please attend if you want to play this year.

ALL BOYS BASKETBALL PLAYERS; JUNIOR AND SENIOR - regular Sunday night drop-in with Mr. Coughlin, runs from 7 to 9 p.m. in Parkland Gym. Please come out for a run to play some pick-up basketball to get ready for the upcoming season!

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings, before school, at the BLUE TABLES area.
