Big congratulations to Arianne Stevenson and Cooper Langard for their excellent representation of Parkland at the Cross Country Provincial Championships in Kelowna this past weekend. Arianne was 55th out of 240 runners, the 7th Islander to finish! Cooper was 40th out of 2000 runners. A big thank you to their families for making the trip and supporting our Panther runners.

A huge congratulations to the Sr. Boys Soccer team as they are the new Colonist Shield Champions as of Thursday last week.  The team worked very hard to come back from a 1 goal deficit to defeat Stellys 4-2.  Ben scored our first goal, while Abbraao scored on a PK to make it 2 to 1 early in the second half. Leo scored to make it 3 to 1, and Jason netted Parkland's 4th. Great game team and what an amazing season! Thanks to those who came out to watch, the team appreciated it.
