Rachael Carter and Paarth Mittal did a great job teaching the public about marine plastic pollution at the local World Ocean Day celebration at the Shaw Centre for the Salish Sea. They showed the community how to think about these issues, educated about alternatives to plastic, and demostrated what it means to be active, engaged citizens!
