GRAD PARENTS: plan for 2018! The next
GRAD PARENT MEETING takes place WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 17 in the Parkland
Theatre at 7 p.m. All parents of Grade 12 students are invited and
encouraged to attend the Grad Parent Information Evening at Parkland.
Parkland Principal Lizanne Chicanot will be describing the year ahead
for grads. Grade 12 is a very important year for students and their
families. Information will be provided regarding special grad events and
activities that will occur throughout the year. There are plenty of
opportunities for parents to get involved and support their sons and
daughters at this key time in their education.

CONGRATULATIONS to Cooper Langard who was second in the Senior Boys Cross Country Race at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre this week. Ava Blakley and Caitlin Gault both had excellent first races of the season as well. The team is still accepting new runners, and will be practicing FRIDAY OCTOBER 13, after school.
