MEETING is WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 17 in the Parkland Theatre at 7 p.m. All
parents of Grade 12 students are invited and encouraged to attend the
Grad Parent Information Evening. Parkland Principal Lizanne Chicanot
will be describing the year ahead for grads. Grade 12 is a very
important year for students and their families. Information will be
provided regarding special grad events and activities that will occur
throughout the year. There are plenty of opportunities for parents to
get involved and support their sons and daughters at this key time.

Congratulations to the SENIORS BOYS SOCCER TEAM as they played a great game against Esquimalt yesterday afternoon. The team couldn't quite pull off a win, but Julian made some spectacular saves, and Lorenzo scored. Next game is at
Blue Heron on Tuesday October 24.
CONGRATULATIONS to the Boys Soccer Team as they defeated Reynolds on Tuesday, 7 to 2. Goals were scored by Moritz, Matt, Andre, Jon (2), and Lorenzo(2). Great work Boys! Next home game" Tuesday October 24th against SMU.
CONGRATULATIONS to Cooper Langard who was second in the Senior Boys Cross Country Race at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre this week. Ava Blakley and Caitlin Gault both had excellent first races of the season as well. The team is still accepting new runners, and will be practicing FRIDAY OCTOBER 13, after school.
