Grade 11 parents needed to help on Grad day, 2 events.
1) Every year grade 11 parents are asked to help the grad parents on graduation day. This help is given back each year following. The help needed is to search and collect all after grad bags (change of clothing) from the graduating class. These will be collected during photos at the Pier June 27th 10:30 – 12. It would be great to have at least 4 parents helping as the grads drop off their bags. These bags will then be delivered to Mary Windspear for their after grad event.
2) Also we are needing help collecting the grad gowns from our grad class once they return from their UVic ceremony. This happens at Mary Windspear where the grad class is coming for their dinner/dance and after grad. We would need 6 helpers from 6:30-7:30.
