FRIDAY MARCH 15, 2019:  Last day before Spring Break

Today is the last day of school before Spring Break, enjoy your time off how ever/where ever you spent it. See you again April 1 -really April 1.


Parkland Grad Parents are selling Jack Link’s Beef Jerky products as a fundraiser for the Dry Grad Party. Order forms are available at the office and all grads will receive an order form by mail. There will also be Grad Parents selling individual bags of beef jerky on Friday during lunch. The bags are $3.50 and available in teriyaki and original flavours. Thank you for your support of Dry Grad 2019! 

ANY GRADS INTERESTED IN ORDERING A GRAD HOODIE in the re-order round, order forms at the office until March 22.


Spring Sailing starts April 6th - June 8th.   Beginner and experienced sailors welcome!  If you are interested in sailing,  any questions - contact Christine Bennett at cbennett@saanichschools.ca.  Application forms - on our website under Parkland Marine Academy.

OPEN AIR LIBRARY IS SEEKING VOLUNTEERS FOR: 3 hours per day, Tuesdays, during July and August, from 9:30 to 12:30 p.m. each Tuesday. This free program encourages reading, sharing ideas, books and literacy-related resources in a relaxed and accessible outdoor space for all ages. See Ms. McNamee for more detail, and to make your summer volunteer commitment.

1. TUTORIALS IN LEARNING CENTRE, ROOM 204:  SUPERVISED TUTORIAL IS AVAILABLE daily after school, TO CATCH UP ON SCHOOL WORK, & TO WRITE MISSED TESTS.  note: Wednesday & Friday tutorials are best for longer tests & assignments. 

2. TUTORIALS IN THE LEARNING COMMONS: every day after school.

3. AFTER SCHOOL FRENCH has now been moved to Room 112, Wednesdays after school.
