Congratulations to the 3 Parkland Athletes who attended the B.C.'s in Track & Field. Cooper Langard, Alexis Van den Bulk and Taigo Okamoto shone on the big stage, and although none of them made it to top 8 finals, they had some personal bests, and represented Parkland so well!

Cooper Langard had a great Senior Boys 800 m race; finishing with a time of 2.02 which put him just out of finals, in  12th place. In the 1500 m race, it was very hot and dry, and Cooper finished with a time of 4.19.

She can spin the discus far, and finished 13th overall with a throw of 23.86 m. In the 200 m, Alexis was 21st, which is an awesome finish!
