Cooking and eating is the expression of family life in the Italian home. Join Judy Mazzocchi as she
facilitates participants through some popular Italian dishes. Classes include a variety of appetizer, soup,
entree and dessert recipes. Participants will learn how to make pasta, gnocchi and many other delicious
foods to be enjoyed at the end of the class. No class is a prerequisite for any other, so participants can
take as many or few as they like. If you sign up for all 10 sessions ($450.00) one class is free. Classes run from September 12 - November 14th. For more information please see page 48 of the Panorama Recreation

All classes will take place in the Parkland Secondary School Cooking Lab.
