The Spirit of Parkland Award is presented to a student who complements their academic requirements for graduation with exemplary service and citizenship. This student embodies positive school spirit, serves as a role model and inspires other to become healthy, motivated and responsible students.

The Parkland Pride Award is presented to a student who has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to completing their secondary school educational program. This student has demonstrated the determination and the ability to attain a Dogwood Diploma despite obstacles, setbacks or hardship.
