Attention: Parents Signed Up for Parent Teacher Interviews - We are moving to Phone or Virtual Meetings

The Provincial Government has asked us to minimize, delay or cancel activities that require transportation to help with reducing fuel consumption during the current shortage. Therefore, all In-Person Parent Teacher Interviews booked for tomorrow, November 25th, will now be by telephone or Microsoft Teams.

As parents, you have two options:

  1. Phone Call - Your child’s teacher will call you at your designated time. You do not need to do anything else.

  2. Virtual Conference - If you prefer a virtual call, please email your child’s teacher. All Saanich teacher’s emails follow the same pattern: first initial and then last name followed by @saanichschools.ca. E.g. John Smith is jsmith@saanichschools.ca. Your child’s teacher will then send you an MS Teams or Zoom invite at your assigned time.

If you still want to sign up for a meeting time, please call Carol Gribling at the school office, 250-655-2700,  and she will assist you in setting up a meeting.

Lastly, you can always reach out to your child’s teacher at any time that you have a concern or a question. You can email, phone or arrange a time to stop in before or after school.
