Reminder to Stagecraft students that class is scheduled for today after school.  Please meet in the woodshop.

MONDAY December 1st is World Aids Day.  On Monday, Planning 10 classes and the GSA club will be selling African Aids Angels in front foyer @t lunch to raise money for HIV research. Please consider making a donation - let's help kiss HIV goodbye.

GRAD WINTER SOCIAL TICKETS ARE ON SALE TODAY IN FRONT FOYER. Any grads who have prepaid, please pick up your tickets asap!

First Nations brunch on Tuesday December 2nd, 2014 at 11:52 at North Saanich Middle School, please?The students will need to walk from Parkland at 11:40 to middle school. 

COATS FOR KIDS: COATS, HOODIES, SWEATERS, SOCKS, HATS, GLOVES – all being collected in front foyer box. Help keep our community warm – bring a donation!

Post Secondary & Unique Opportunities Information Night being held @ CLAREMont,  Wednesday, December 3rd from 7:00 - 9:00pm.  Presentations from UVic, Camosun & VIU take place in the Learning Commons and the mini fair for the private colleges and unique opportunities will be in the student lounge. All SD 63 interested students and parents welcome to attend.

Junior Boys Basketball Win First Game of the Season
Congrats to our Junior Boys BBall team who won their first game of the season this past Friday, 49-42 over Vic High; the boys had a slow start going down 12-0 in the first quarter, but they sorted things out by the halfway mark of the game and ended up going on a 20-2 run in the third ... good luck to the boys as they play their next games in the Spectrum XMas Tournament this Fri/Sat!!

Are you a basketball fan and need VOLUNTEER HOURS?
The weekend of December 5/6 the Parkland Sr. Boys Basketball Team are hosting a tournament here at Parkland. They need SCOREKEEPERS!!  Training is provided.
Games Friday and Saturday. See Ms. McNamee if you can help!

Attention all Girls Volleyball players, Uniforms are due back to Tommi ASAP. Cheques will be deposited December 5th.

TEX Trades Exploration Program: students interested in Trades Exploration Program - 5 month program offered by SD63 is a sampler of Welding, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical.
