Each year grade 12 students develop a graduation transitions portfolio outlining their development through their high school years and detailing their plans for transitioning to the next stage of their lives. Community members come to Parkland to interview the students on their grad transition plans. Students did an excellent job and Parkland wishes to thank all the community members that helped make this day such a success.
