International Baccalaureate student John Mark Soria wanted to help support victims of the recent typhoons in the Philippines so he created an event which combined amazing Filipino food and a fast paced basketball game. One hundred and sixty guests came to the dinner/basketball event.
A big thank you to the Parkland alumni basketball stars that came back to participate in this event and to all the families for bringing food. A great time was had by all as you can see. Way to go John Mark--great CAS project!
